Fort Collins at the Turn of the Century is a large display case featuring many artifacts from the early years of the city. This was the first exhibit I worked on at FCMoD. I was still a volunteer when this was installed, but helping assemble the case and display and light the objects was instrumental in formulating an idea of how to prepare an exhibit. This instance was indicative of many of the large projects I would work on in the future. It was a very collaborative affair, requiring the services of several different museum departments at the same time.
